Since 1995, the Ardas Youth Meeting has been held every summer in Kastanies, Evros, beside the enchanting banks of the Ardas River. It is a special cultural event that brings together young people from all over Greece and the Balkans for four days full of music, creativity, and a collective spirit.

More than just a music festival, the Youth Gathering includes a wide range of parallel activities that cover a broad cultural spectrum: film screenings, exhibitions, organization presentations, theatrical performances, sports activities, operation of a radio station, volunteer actions, ecotourism tours, as well as initiatives that highlight local traditions.

People of all ages camp by the "river of culture," creating a vibrant and open community. Guided by music and shared experiences, the festival sends a powerful message of peaceful coexistence, cultural exchange, and unity among peoples.
